    Hi all,
As we have a new service added to the independent consultancy work we carry out mainly in the legal sector thought I should share. We now cover service desk and engineering support.
    Benefits in a nutshell are..

Single point of contact for incidents and requests.

Highly scalable and responsive service to meet any demand.

Reduced IT support costs and rapid incident resolution.

    UK and US operations centres.

    24/7, 365 support.

Hi Maevla yeah it's really developing well. We're bringing in support for Microsoft Azure and Office 365 by September.
Focusing mainly on legal as a niche area. Just picked up a 6 month contract with a company in London for freelance work too.
Taking a while but slowly getting there. Only been here 10 months or so far. Long road but coming together.
