Hi, I need something to improve my work with MS Word. My company has tons of different documents, contract etc. to process and it take way too much time to do this. I'm looking for some kind of software or application to use in MS Word, so that we won't waste so much time on going through the documents to edit it every time. Unfortunately built-in Word options are not enough anymore, we need something more efficient. Maybe some of you use some kind of tools or have heard about something that can be useful? Any help or suggestion will be great:)

What is the exact function you'd like to use? What do you need to "go through and edit" every time, i.e. why you need to do it and what kind of input information that is?
