    As a discussion starter, I am not sure how you wish us to proceed? Are you looking for feedback on this product? Are you wanting to debate the merits or otherwise of building your own website?

    It is hard to say, really, but my own view is that if you cannot afford a website company to build your site (and don't assume you cannot until you have spoken to some), then go for an established, expandable, household name, free option.

    But I have not seen any sites built using this option to be able to comment on how effective it is.
