EasyFoodstore forced to shut after budget supermarket runs out of stock

I had never heard of Stelios opening an Easyfoodstore - obviously not well planned after running out of food within two days.

Is it something you can see being sustainable?

Yes I can definitely see it being sustainable.

If after costs e.g. wages and rent they make £1 then its worth it, since it gets the brand name in the news and they can then spread to other locations. It could be a genius move.

However I bet the food is horrible, robotically produced rubbish so I'm out.

I can't see how this could be sustainable? And aren't we better as a society in trying to educate people into eating more healthily - buying local produce - rather than goodness knows what for 25p in a tin?
