I was pleased to see that Keiron had joined up here today. We both used to be members of the Trader Online forum, which sadly no longer exists. (I think I joined it in about 2003, so I've known Keiron for quite a while.)
A lot of the members on there used to use and recommend BetterWebSpace for their web hosting, but I - wrongly - thought that we'd get better service from a more established company.
After years of tearing my hair out with places like EasySpace, MagicMoments (huh?), Pipex, and finally with a hosting service offered by a guy we met in a pub in Bangkok
, we eventually decided to give BetterWebSpace a try.
The only thing I was sorry about was that we didn't do it years earlier! We had terrific service from Keiron. Sure, things go wrong occasionally, but they're always quickly fixed - and Keiron is only an email away. We never had any problems with BWS at all.
The only reason we're not still with BWS is because we outgrew our reseller account and became desperate to get a VPS. We asked Keiron several times if he could provide one for us, but at that time he didn't offer that particular option. (Maybe now?) So, after a couple of years of being happy with our webhost, we moved to another company so we could get a VPS.
On the basis of our experience with Keiron and BWS, I would definitely recommend him for webhosting.
