Woah! Sleep at last!

Well well well.. We've been busy recently, dragging the CCTV control unit up and down the country to various events, looking after contracts in Cardiff, and managing to squeeze in a couple of operational control room jobs for Olympic Torch related events with just the scaled down control room (basically our control software installed on a laptop) I've actually got two days off and feel the need to shout about it

Tired and exhausted and needing every second of it..

How is everyone else doing out of the Olympics?

Zero effect here although Friday night was quiet for some reason.

It's school holidays too so I guess there's a 'strange mix' going on.

There is that Mark.. even with olypmics in Cardiff my daily commute is down from 45 minutes to 12 minutes..

Been at the Olympics since Sunday, working as an 'enabler'. Can't be more specific than that but pretty tired now!

Pretty quiet here with the Olympics going on but then school hols usually are anyway so nothing more than usual

Wishing I'd have got some Olympics tickets now... seems like such an amazing atmosphere up there even from the TV coverage I've watched. Anyone managed to go up and witness it first hand?

They're mega-strict on letting people into the Stadium and Park. I had access to the park but they were having none of it when I tried to blag my way in to the stadium itself. Kudos to them I suppose. I'm not sure I would have paid the ticket prices for any of the events anyway.
