I do this after my work ends or during my day off..

It's part of my daily routine. I check several networking sites first thing in the morning (around 7:30am) and then on and off during the day. Most of the sites use an RSS feed so I check using Feedreader and some of them use Twitter so I get (almost) real time notifications of items of interest

I do it on my coffee breaks (which are quite regular!) so I nip about here and there when I remember, but i've now set up a marketing activity plan for this year, and aim to post more often on forums and networks other than A1, though just a select few I can realistically manage and that is worthwhile, of course.

I tend to do places such as this first thing in the morning (usuall!) when I see the notifications, but I work online so can be 'networking' any time of the day.

I tend to do it all the time if I am sat at my desk, I can do it while doing other things at the same time.
