UKBL guidelines on signature blocks, here are the default entitlements:
Free Member:
1x live web address link and basic formatting (some forums charge for even that!). In addition to this, an email link
is permitted in your sig space but be advised on automated 'email harvesting' issues.

You can of course change the default signature in accordance with your membership level.
Please note that a signature is regarded as anything you regularly sign-off a post with - not just your actual automated signature space.
