Multiple accounts:
It has come to our attention that there are a few members here who run two or more businesses. Naturally, they have felt it necessary to establish two or more accounts for branding purposes.
It is contrary to forum rules to operate multiple accounts
without first notifying us. This is purely in the interests of transparency and to minimise the risk that anything 'underhand' is going on. However, we
fully support multiple accounts for different businesses as we understand the branding issues involved and the genuine need for separation.
We also support multiple accounts for the
same business if that business has different departments/users - please just let us know. This, however, is limited to a maximum of three members per business.
Ghostwriters / Third Party Accounts:
• If you are an agency creating an account for your client to
eventually use themselves, please just let us know in advance as any suspect accounts may be suspended and/or deleted without notice.
• It is
against forum policy for users to create accounts on behalf of third parties or their clients
and then to post, blog, add profile information/links or generally interact on the forum on their behalf. The
only exception to this rule is when the
third party account becomes and remains a paid-up Full Member. See
here for details.
