Guys, this is a company I part-own (with a close family member). There's quote a lot of these business around and one thing we noticed is that they sound cheap from the off, you know, one that says for example "only £15 a year" but when you look into it further, that's just for a small amount of post per year, and excludes use for registered office, etc which they charge more for. Then they add on a mail handling/packing fee if you want mail forwarding. We noticed a couple dont tell you the address until you buy the service! What's that all about??!! And most never mention that they are registered with HMRC MLR for providing such a service (it's a legal requirement) let alone mention their ICO registration, if they even have it. So just a few things to look for. We just decided to have one fixed fee plus the postage at cost, so you know exactly what it costs per year and the postage isn't that much as we usually send it out once a week so it saves on postage, but we can send it out every day it comes in, if that's what you want. Oh and you can use it for upto 2 business names, so handy if you are Ltd Co but have a different trading name.

And because we can, I also give a free web hosting account to every customer (if they want one). This is the sme as my current clients pay £50 per year for, so it is genuine. Obviously we hope that a portion will remain with us as paying customers after the first free year.
