Post New Website Content Service Goes Live!

A new service goes live today that offers those in the finance and insurance sector a constant stream of content for their websites, blogs, and newsletters at a price to suit all budgets. Many websites lack content and this is one of that major keys to driving more traffic and business on the Internet.

Costing just £60 for 30 articles a month, this new limited subscription service provides a range of monthly articles which can be used by insurance and mortgage brokers, and financial advisers to populate their websites with quality content which in turn will help generate more traffic.

A free ‘taster’ ten samples of content are available at: www.thecontent.co.uk

Jason Hulott, director of Speedie Consultants, the finance and insurance content provider, says: “The new service is a fantastic way for the small broker to level the playing field and be able to compete online. By leveraging a limited membership and an online delivery system we are able to reduce the individual cost to the broker.”

He adds: “We are excited about this new service as it means that we can now provide our content service to a larger number of companies who want to drive more business to their website. This service allows companies to add quality content however they like. It also provides them with enough content to build a blog or provide a newsletter for their clients.”

The membership - which is open to 50 clients only in order to keep the content exclusive - comes complete with several marketing and promotion guides.

I presume the articles are of unqiue content and will only be used once by the one buyer, to avoid content duplication?

Each piece of content is used by each of the 50 buyers once. We share ideas of how they can rewrite the content to make it more unique.

Potentially there could be 50 pieces of the same content out there but the content is not just used for SEO.

Hope this makes sense.

It's a shame there aren't any samples on the website to judge the quality, length and tone of the articles, just a subscribe button.

I would have to know a whole lot more before I committed to a service like this. I get the marketing tactic of scarcity, but the site just doesn't sell itself to me.

Ray,

Look top right on the page. There is a free 10 sample pack! You just need to subscribe to receive them via email.

This is not a scare tactic but to make it worthwhile, I don't want 2,000 members having access to the same content. It devalues the proposition that way.

I didn't see that subscribe box there. Perhaps you could mention it somewhere in your copy as well for blind twits like me. My eyes followed the white strip down the middle and didn't notice the blue on blue.

I think I must have done a typo before. I didn't mean you scare them, I meant the limited subscribers bit (scarce).

I understand the limit of 50, but that is a cap of £3k per month on your earnings with no room for growth. Are you sure it will not become stale after a few months?

Hi Ray,

Thanks. This is a way of us helping the smaller sites. We have big banks and insurance companies as main clients. Our unique content writing service is out of reach for the smaller broker so we wanted a way of helping them rather than just taking their money.

To be honest this is an additional revenue stream and nowhere near a main income stream.

We have several other schemes / services / projects launching in 2009 in different areas so there is still some room for some massive growth.

I'll add in the sample box on the white section of the site. Thanks for the feedback. That has not come up before. But it could be that it has but you were the first to voice that. So thanks!

Cheers

Jason

I have looked through the samples and they are quite good

Not really for our line of business though - unless you are looking for another group of 50

I started CIMA in my 20's and decided numbers wasn't my thing!

Sorry I wouldn't know where to start with accounting - But hey there is a model for you to earn an extra £3k per month! No charge!

Have a good weekend!
