Not heard them before but a little... 'Val Doonican' for my rock tastes. This is more my style:

I like all music. Hence this sub-forum.

The link to chopsuey doesn't work

I thought Val Doonican was a bit hash!! I saw Serj supporting the Foo Fighters a couple of years ago and he was an amazing performer..

If that's the route we're going down, how about a bit of my teenage memory...

Followed by a bit of my adulthood (showing old age )

I'm a big fan of Guns n Roses, whatever version you care to mention.

I like slipknot and bands of that ilk, my daughter thought it was well cool that I ended up doing a duet with Casey Chaos of Amen at the Wedgewood rooms in Portsmouth.

I think it's pretty cool too

I don't think I can pigeonhole my music tastes. I link my itunes feed in to Facebook, and there needs to be a stronger word than eclectic..

I like the song. The music just doesn't do anything for me though. Thanks for sharing.

1970's prog rock is my kind of thing but I am currently designing and creating a logo illustration for a new local Essex rock band, see below, they are waiting to get into the recording studio to lay down some tracks..... will keep you updated!

I used to love King Crimson and Yes in my teens - still listen to the Yes stuff now, and Sylvian Fripp's Riverman still sends chills through me...

Good to see you guys love healthy doses of rock & metal
Grew up on rock, metal, fusion, jazz from a very very early age, it's who I am
Also played in numerous bands myself, nothing big tho, still got me long hair lol.

Current fave band/musician is Jorn and any band he plays in, anything this guy does is awesome, one of the best metal singers of our time.
Have a wide range of tastes but prefer the more melodic/power/prog stuff, lots of solos, widdly bits and lots of instrumetal guitarists, some you've probably never heard of.
Prog metal pretty much rules for me!

Just noticed this thread, and wonder if any of you rockers out there have encountered Primordial.
