A good place to chack if you need to register is on the BusinessLink website. It runs through a wizard and can work out if your company needs to register. Business support, information and advice | Business Link find the wizard under IT and E-commerece

What kinda business? is it a website? and online business? For websites there are other (more important) things to consider.
