Know Yourself, Know Others offer a psychometric test that identifies twelve types of potential fraudsters. There is nothing on our web site about this for obvious reasons. Staff or new hires believe they are taking a standard online psychometric tests, and don't get to see the report.
So, if you want to prevent hiring someone that may end up running off with your money, test them.
