Redundancy and restructuring HR training workshop

Sadly in the current economic climate, many firms large and small are having to look restructuring or redundancies.

Speaking of redundancies.

My Husband came home from work wednesday night and dropped a big nasty bomb shell on me.

he said " ive been made redundant, effective of immediately".

you can imagine what i said , i wasn't pleased to say the least and this was from quite a large firm as well

Hopefully due to his profession and licences he has ( class 1 & 2 hgv) finding other work shouldnt be to hard........................ or so we thought.

No one is employng or taking on staff, which is bad specailly for this time of year (xmas)
