This has been around for ages some of our Health and safety consultants use this during training sessions to engage some interest.

A company I do a lot of work for (their handouts, corporate packs etc) would love this, gonna forward the link to them, meanwhile here is who they are, have some great E-Learning courses too, I know as I did all the .pdfs
