What's your favourite gadget?
What's the thing that you could easily manage without but like to use, just for the fun of it? For me it has to be the packing tape gun...

Xbox 360 Great for getting away from any sort of work and crashing into angry Americans on GRiD.

I am most reliant on my iPhone 3G. I am either online, on the phone or emailing on it all day long!

Mine is..
my laptop. When my arthritis is really painful I can sit in my reclining chair and catch up on my blog, my articles and once in a while, my work!

I'm loving my Blackberry Bold, can't believe how well it works. I am half way up a hill in the middle of the woods dealing with an email enquiry from Germany... magic!
Certainly my Tomtom has transformed driving / travelling and have jsut ordered the 730

Not exactly a gadget but I would really hate to be without my hi-fi. I hate listening to music on bad quality equipment.

My techical 'expertise' extends as far as an iPod nano - and even then I get Mark to load the stuff on for me!

My telex machine, although I'm thinking about upgrading it to a "facsimile" machine.

^ Ensure you use only Manual - it's the only way you'll ever learn photography. I've been using pro Digital SLRs for nigh-on 15 years and I still use manual.

A FANTASTIC PIECE OF KIT
Without any doubt my iPhone 3G - customer orders flow directly on to it and I am able to respond promptly no matter where I am!
I could go on at great length about all the applications on it .... GPS, music, address book, camera, traffic information, train times, talking foreign language dictionaries, investment portfolios ...zzzzzzzzz (anyone still awake)?

Not since you said 'iPhone'!
Nah, I'm not an Apple fan but they're nice bits of kit. Waaay overpriced but nice all the same.

My next gadget
is going to have to be a netbook. I'm on the road a lot more and really need to stay in touch but hate having to lug a laptop (I have wrecked shoulders).
Any one know any good review sites or tips to get something decent, preferably with separate mobile broadband rather than being locked in with built in, but keeping value for money?
Cheers
Tess
