Any suggestions how to do this. i want to do one post it and see what happens if anything and then either do it properly or park it as a nonsense idea. therfore first time out want it to be free.

Hi have you thought about installing a simple CMS system ie CMS Made Simple and then adding a media module that will allow you to upload flash movie files? Alternatively you could upload the movies to youtube then embed these into your normal blog.
something like amazon s3 allows you to store video.
There is a charge but you only pay for what you use and you get much higher definition/picture size and no youtube branding
