Says Be, though actually I'm with O2 - they share exchange equipment. That's on the same line that had a best down speed of 3 Mbs with Zen.

I get 1mbps on a 8mb plan - not happy with the speed at all, though it is very reliable.

I have 18.3mbit downstream and 2.2mbit upstream at home (though does fluctuate between 18-19mbit down and 2-2.3mbit up).

Virgin Media 10mbit at home, and direct multi-gigabit at the datacentre if that counts
Oh and 3G mobile broadband which seems nice and speedy, around 2mbit average.

At the end of the line.
Theoretically up to 8mb with Tiscal. Through I was warned, accurately, it would be more like 2.5mb in reality, due to being 3 miles from the exchange

Tiscali all well-renowned for throttling bandwidth (i.e. stealing).

I'm supposed to get up to 8MB however I only get around 512/650.
I was without broadband from 1pm until midnight yesterday due to "issues" at my providers end (Entanet). I'll be looking into switching providers very soon.

At home, we're using 1mb/s.. It's not that fast but I think it's good enough for surfing net or chatting..

7MB - very happy with it, i only find the extra comes in handy for downloading, the rest of the time there isn't a huge difference.
