My business is also UK-based. I just don't happen to live in the company registered office.

Default Australia

My business is based in Australia. Where the sun always shines and cricketers rub their balls extra hard.

We work with lots of Brits interested in starting a business in Australia, especially those considering migrating.

Happy to answer any question about business in Australia.

Mine is still UK based, although I'm (sort of) not now. I have a business partner, who is still there, and for various reasons it made more sense to keep the company UK registered and for me to work "abroad" on a permanent basis.

There was an interesting burst of tax-related-confusion at the start, mind you!

One arm of my business is now based in France for logistical reasons - luckily I have a great French bookkeeper who understands all the laws... it gets very complicated at times though...

We've had our moments too, and thats only between mainland UK and the Channel Islands (handling of dividends under the double-tax treaty was the main hiccup that I can remember).

All going fairly smoothly now - as long as I remember to do my UK tax return, as well as my Jersey one!
