Limitations & Assumptions

I've been asked to consider the limitations and assumptions of a proposed web project ....any ideas?

I've a few but my mind is asleep.

Its a project idea at the moment, but its for a large retailer (clothing) in the UK.

It nots dissimilar to marks & sparks as a company, though there is a little less red tape to be broken.
