Googles new doubleclick dart cookies

I have received an email from google, as has most of us I presume who use google adwords, about these new cookies and the adjustments they are asking us to make to our website privacy policies.

My question is... does anyone have a suitable privacy policy that meets these requirements that we could all adapt for our own sites?
