Hi Danny,

Had a quick look for you, hope you find these pointers useful!

1. Font Size
The font on the website seems incredibly small. This, and a combination of it being midnight ofcourse, makes it difficult to want to read the website. Increasing font size (and maybe decreasing the amount of copy) on the homepage might help keep your visitors attention.

2. Call To Action
I realise that your logo and tagline say what you do. But I think a heading with 'Sourcing Solutions' or 'We'll ship products to your door' or something would help, as unless I make the effort to closely examine your logo I'm not entirely sure what you do and the font is so small many people might not want to read it to find out.

3. Attention Grabber
'The World Is Your Ocean' is a nice statement, but because of the way the site is designed I see this before I see anything else and I don't really know what it means or whether it applies to me.

4. Contact
It would be nice to have a contact form on the website as that often helps improve contact rates because lazy people like me can't be bothered to send an email or pick up the phone if I'm buying something. I want to do as little as possible so I can spend my time selling!!

That said, I don't know how your industry works, I completely understand if you'd rather speak to someone regarding the specifics of what they want, in which case, good call not to have a form!

5. Our Services
The homepage and the Our Services page has the same content at the bottom. The only thing that changes is the text on the right, but my eyes are drawn to the bottom of the site and initially I thought the 2 pages were the same!

It would be good to provide more information on each service you provide on the Our Services page, otherwise there's no point in having it there.

6.Coding Standards
The website doesn't validate with W3, you're web developer guy should know what that means and why it's bad. But in a nutshell not great for your google rankings

7. Google Rankings
There is a fair amount of content on the website which is good, but your page titles are far too long, and there is a lot of duplicate content, both are bad for seo.

Also, your keywords (what you expect people to type into Google to find you) are a little inspecific. One of them is 'New Business Venture' which has nothing to do with what you do. It would make more sense to target your market, so for example 'Ship xyz product from xyz" or just "sourcing company" would be better. (a lot more research would need to go into keywords to find out who your target market are and what they would search for in Google to get to you).

Hope all of that helps!
