These represent an ever-growing aggregation of all the 'tags' manually added to the end of each thread. When someone uses 'tag search' the results will only find those threads which have been tagged. So... next time you post a thread, why not add some tags and grow that SEO?! They can be picked up by the search engines too.

It's particularly important to add tags if you're posting a 'visual' advert here i.e. a graphic, rather than text. The search engines won't pick up the graphic - but it will pick up the tags.
