Does anyone know how I can turn these off? They get send to my paypal customer service address for DomainDonkey but as they are generated in a manner to come from the the person's email address my billing system imports it as a support ticket, sends auto response to customer etc and it's not necessary.
I thought I'd find the option to turn them off in Paypal but it hasn't had any affect and it's rather irritating!
Yep that's what I turned off last time - but on checking again it's still ticked so I've unticked it again and we'll see. Was probably me not doing things properly!
