Default Aweber/shopping cart blues

I have become really fed up with the number of databases my firm has knocking around.

I can't do much about the paperless office, tax program and bookkeeping just at the moment but there are streamlining opportunities on the website.

I have been using Aweber for a long time to handle website newsletter requests. Each website has it's own autoresponder sequence - another database for each. I have some buy now buttons that scoot off to paypal - another database of buyers. People register on the website - another database is building up there. I have been looking at shopping carts - another database. I want to change my website into a membership site with different levels of access - more info kept.

Databases just seem to pop up out the woodwork and few talk to each other.

The closest I have come to amalgamating some of these is 1shopping cart.

Clever as it is though - it still has gaping holes. Aweber can attach a file to an autoresponder email - 1shoppingcart can't (use a download link they say). Aweber is linked to the blog and sends an email to it's database everytime a post is uploaded - 1shoppingcart can't (good idea - we'll put it on the requested features list they say).

The only other program I have seen that does handle all this stuff is infusionsoft but the set up ($3,000 min) and monthly costs ($300) odd are really heavy.

Does anyone have a package they use, and can recommend), that can deal with all requirements and doesn't cost the amount of a small mortgage each month?
