Moved to 'Domains and Domaining' forum. There's a lot of good advice there.

What makes you think they are worth 1.2 million ? Domains are generally worth what someone is willing to pay and if you went though an evaluation service to get a value most of the time it isnt worth the paper its written on.

Feel free to share more information though and ill gladly give you my opinion.

Domaining is a tricky business,
Although it makes up 60% of my income it takes up 90% of my time, having a portfolio worth over a million is a hard thing to do, if you send me some of your better names I can give you a realistic valuation

We have clients that are selling domains via us, if you have any specific domain types that you are looking for then please let me know and I will send them across, we don't have many clients looking to sell as this isn't what we do but of course is someone is selling and someone wants to buy then will be happy to help.

£1.2m.....

Thats immense, have you just been purchasing random combinations of words that i see quite often in auctions?

How much do you need to pay in order to retain the rights to the domains annually?

Sorry to say you should try and get your money back if you can.

The only thing you are sure of with anything trademarked is a "cease and desist" letter from their legal team - who are unlikely to take no for an answer.

They are worth nowt - sorry. No domainer would touch them with a barge pole (even a very long one...)

a lot of new domainers get caught out with trademarked names, especially when they are just starting out, i know i did when i started, the only advice i would give regarded these names are to delete them, as soon as you can. have you any good generic names?

Well, to be honest, I can see their point; if I had domain names worth over a £million I would want people phoning/texting/emailing me all hours of the day!

I can appreciate that and I suppose that you would have pm'd those who were asking as I presume you would of been asked what they are because there may be a buyer?
Without meaning any offence, you may have paid that for the domains but they are only worth what a buyer will pay.
If they are names relating to a big corporation then they don't need to buy them, if they are trademarked up they can take them and sue if you withhold them knowingly.
This is from a customer of ours experience and wasn't pretty.

Have you tried listing/auctioning them? If they're 'sellable', surely they'll sell?
