BUSINESS PLAN for a grocery/off licence shop - how to make it? - UK Business Labs

Hi
I am just about to make a business plan for the grocery/off licence shop that i would like to open. I need this plan to introduce my business to my bank manager to get a loan of £20,000 - £30,000 I have no idea where to start from and how to make a propper buisness plan. Does anybody know a website that would be helpful with creating so?
any advice would be much appreciate

You should be able to download a business plan template from Businesslink website; or from most of the banks.

Banks will be keen to know what you can offer by way of personal security on a loan/overdraft facility.

We can take some of the borrowing burden by offering Leasing on some fittings, EPOS etc. Do get in touch when the business plan is ready.

Hi Mike - welcome to the forums.

A quick google for business plan templates will normally throw up some free templates, and as fundingportal mentions you can normally get something from your bank. In fact all main stream banks provide start up packs which include business plan templates, cash flow forecast templates and information about what you need to do and how to get funding.
