Default Woolworths Rescued - by the Internet!

Deal for Woolworths brand imminent

Do we really need it rescued? Should it just sink? Was it really all that great?

True, but is that reason to keep it?

I now hear that Woolworths is to become an online only brand. Is this a good move?

Default Rebranding Woolies

Interesting move bearing in mind that Woolies core business probably stems from the too old for Internet market. (I'm not ageist as I am nearly 57 myself)

Woolworths deserved to disappear from the high street along with WHSmith if you ask me these draconian stores that still charge you £19.99 for a DVD that came out 5 years previous have no place in the modern day retail world, its always the same when something like this goes down, people come out saying what a shame it is, but if all these supporters actually still shopped there then it wouldn't be going down in the first place!

Does this mean woolworths s to become a dropshipper?
