Me too.
It's best to seek legal advice but I'm guessing that if you put the assignment 'in writing', albeit in an email, then it's just as valid. However, I prefer to send my clients a
hard copy, headed document via normal mail so they can store it with their legal documentation. It reinforces that the copyright is physically
theirs, rather than them relying on an email.
