Yeah right - you and thousands of other people who've had Office Supplies websites for years!
'Local' websites are so much easier to do because the searches are narrowed down a lot. For instance, I fix PC's in my local area (Sittingbourne, Kent). I'm at number one for most PC related searches with 'Sittingbourne' in the phrase. (e.g. Sittingbourne PC Repair - Sittingbourne Data Recovery etc) but once you start getting nationwide or international it's a very different picture. (although I have managed # 3 on Google UK for 'Computer Repair')
One of my clients wants
SEO for an Office Supplies site which has just opened. He will be doing drop-shipping and mail order nationwide. I have tried to explain that this will take a while and there will be lots of work involved.
I do have great respect for people who work in the
SEO business. I have done it for my own site and find it boring, repetitive and frustrating!
