I think I see what you're getting at. For me it's a case of - you never know what's around the corner. There's always something there. (A religious person would say "The Lord provides, but I'm not religious at all.) There is always something there, though, even when you're at you lowest ebb - something new appears.
You just have to live in hope and something always crops up for you.
